With a Masters Degree in Education and experience as a tutor, coach, school teacher, yoga teacher and parent, it has become clear to me that no matter what age or subject, whether learning colors or long division, children learn best by doing.

By doing Yoga, children learn a myriad of life long lessons and skills. Among them are:
